Lisa is the mother of three, fantastic daughters and has been an avid runner since high school. A resident of West Hartford, Connecticut, she is a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist and has worked to help children for 15 years. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Loyola University Maryland. In addition to her professional work, Lisa volunteers extensively in her daughters' schools and with their after-school activities.
Athletics has been an important part of Lisa's life since she was a young child growing up in Granby, Connecticut. She played soccer, field hockey, basketball, and ran track. She was twice selected as an All-State Athlete for field hockey and was recruited to play field hockey at the collegiate level.
To pursue her passion for running, Lisa enjoys competing in road and trail races each year and is a member of the Hartford Track Club. You will often find her running on the trails at the West Hartford Reservoir.
